About Christian Kettlitz

Christian Kettlitz has been in the hospitality business for over 3 decades and provides a complete range of advisory and consultancy services to investors, hotel owners and lenders looking to maximise their returns within the hospitality sector.

Providing a range of services, from advising on the development and branding of properties to analysing operations in detail, his aim is to deliver enhanced revenue from our clients’ investments. His role is to look after the interests of the investor, property owner and funder, using his knowledge and experience to improve return on investment across their portfolio. Whether negotiating new operator agreements or driving operational performance, his focus is on results, protecting his client’s investment and adding value.

Most recently Christian Kettlitz has served as CEO of Welcome Hotels. Welcome Hotels is an owner-operator business of 12 full-service properties throughout Germany. After having advised the British private equity investor Terra Firma Capital Partners during multiple due diligence projects on German hotel groups he took the led as the post-acquisition CEO for the investor. He lead through the post-acquisition process and established an operating platform for the further growth and lead the acquisition of one property to the portfolio.

Previously he had served as CEO of Mamaison Hotels & Residences until it changed ownership and merged with a Czech Hotelgroup. Mamaison, headquartered in Prague owned and operated 12 Boutique properties in central Eastern Europe. In previous corporate roles he had served as CEO of AZIMUT Hotels Europe responsible for Germany, Austria and Czech Republic and as regional Director of Operations for RAMADA Germany.He has gathered many years of experience managing both City hotels and Resorts for Marriott, REZIDOR and RAMADA throughout Germany, Spain, France and Croatia.
