Christian Kettlitz has significant operating experience at all levels of the market - both within the Germany and internationally – and combines various areas of expertise in order to enhance hotel performance.
He has highly developed competencies in all the critical disciplines including finance, sales and marketing and revenue management, and is skilled in all aspects of day to day operations. He focuses on the details to ensure that the hotel is professionally managed and that guest and staff satisfaction levels are delivered and maintained at the highest levels. He drives an intense focus on profit delivery within his mission to maximise returns on investment and create shareholder value.
He ensures that the General Manager and support team are fully aligned with the goals and objectives of the owning company and encourages a focus on detail to deliver his philosophy that highly trained and motivated staff, operating in a well maintained and high quality environment, will ensure the delivery of optimal profits.
The following services are available to clients:
- Annual budget preparation well in advance of year-end
- Budgets submission to clients for approval
- Trading performance measured monthly against the plan
- Detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts submitted with variances tracked in order to flag up shortfalls
- All financial statements reviewed and submitted with informative commentary
- Monthly/quarterly review with owners as required
